Programs Overview

Collaborate gives your organization the ability to manage multiple Programs all within the same application.

All Program information can be reported on, and each Program can have its own workflows, such as Program-specific Intakes, Services, and Group Activities. Staff members can be assigned to a single program, or across multiple programs. Cross-Program staff can seamlessly work between Programs accessing information for each of their programs, while Single-Program staff will only have visibility of case information for their specific program.

Easily and quickly track multiple Program Enrollments for the same individual via the Individual Profile.


Program Case Profile

The left hand sidebar contains some expandable and collapsible sections that can be viewed to gather at-a-glance information about the Program Case Profile. Clicking on the Program will expand basic information about the person’s involvement in the Program.

Program Exits

Easily track when a client exits Programs. Simply click Exit Program.


Then on the next screen, set an Exit Reason, Date, and any pertinent notes and save the form.

Program Status

Program Status is displayed in the left hand sidebar of the Program Case Profile page.

Updating Program Status

Program Statuses can be updated by clicking on the status of the Program, selecting the appropriate case status, and then clicking Continue.

Individual Case Profile

Clients have one individual profile that contains information about the individual, such as a summarized list of any Program Cases, demographic information, and any Services for the individual.

Program Case Profile

The Program Case file houses information that is specific to the program with which the individual is associated.

Program Reporting

Program information can easily be reported on either across multiple programs, or single programs, via Collaborate reports.
