PDFs that have been uploaded to Collaborate can now be viewed directly via the application instead of having to download the document to your local computer.
When on the document profile page in Collaborate, there is a link under Document Actions that reads "Display this document".
Clicking that link will open the PDF in a new browser window. NOTE: If a document is not in PDF format, then it will still need to be downloaded in order to view it.
To download a document that has been uploaded to Collaborate, click the "Download this document" link under Document Actions on the left hand side of the page.
