This article will discuss how to Edit and Delete Notes.


To Edit an existing note on a case, click the “View” link in the Note that you are wanting to edit.

On the next page, click “Edit Note” under Note Actions above left hand sidebar.

Then, make any desired edits to the Note and click Continue when finished. The note will now be updated.

There are two ways to Delete a Case Note that has been entered in error, or perhaps is no longer relevant to a case. The first way is to click the Delete/Transfer link in the Note via the Notes listview.

On the next page, enter a reason for deleting the Note, and click the Delete this Note button. The note will be deleted from the case.

The second way to Delete a Case note is to View the note, and click the Delete/Transfer Note link under Note Actions above left hand side bar. This is the only way to delete a Service Note, since Service Notes do not contain the Delete/Transfer link in the Notes listview.
