This article will discuss the process of performing a Quick Batch Simple Service.
The Quick Batch Simple Service feature is designed to be used when you have several simple services to enter, and all of the services share the same information, such as Service Location, Service Provider, Service Date and Time, etc. To begin the Quick Batch, start on the case profile page and click “Quick Batch Simple Service” in the Simple Services dropdown, and then click Conduct.
You will then be directed to the Quick Batch Simple Service page, where you will be prompted to enter your SImple Service Default Values. Information entered into the Simple Service Default Values fields is the information that will be copied to every simple service you process in this batch.
The “Copy to Associated Cases” field allows you to copy all of the simple services in the batch to any desired associated cases.
Any Case notes added to the batch will be copied to any associated cases as well.
Once you have entered your default values, you can then select the Simple Services you would like to process in this batch.
To select the simple service you want to process, click in the selection box to open the list of simple services. You can type into the field to filter the results to more easily find the services you are looking to process.
Once you have selected all of the services you want to process, click “Process Simple Service Batch”.
The Simple Services will now be conducted in a batch, and will appear in the Services listview on the case profile page.
