This article will discuss the process of Editing Service Appointments.


Service Appointments can be updated via the service profile page of the scheduled service. To access the service profile page, click on the service you are wanting to edit via the Services listview on the case profile page.

Once on the service profile page, you can Edit the Service Appointment by clicking “Edit Appointment” under Actions in the left hand sidebar.

You will then be able to edit and update any information on the service appointment, as needed. Keep in mind that editing the Service Appointment is not the same as editing the service itself. For more information on Editing services, please review the article titled Editing Services.

Once you have finished making the desired updates to the appointment, click “Save” at the bottom of the page.
