This video will discuss how to Edit services that have been Scheduled and/or Conducted in Collaborate.
Services that have been scheduled or conducted can be edited via the service profile page. To access the service profile page, click on the service you are wanting to edit via the Services listview on the case profile page.
Once on the service profile page, you can Edit the service by clicking “Edit [Service Name]” under Actions in the left hand sidebar.
You will then be able to edit and update any information on the service, as needed. Editing a Scheduled service is considered Conducting the service, so the Appointment Status will automatically update to Attended. Once you have made the desired edits and updates to the service, click “Save and View [Service Name]” at the bottom of the page.
