This article will discuss how to Conduct a Service in Collaborate.
Services are entered via the Case Profile page of the person for whom you conducted the service. If you are looking to Conduct a service that has already been scheduled, review the article titled Editing Services. To Conduct a Service, select the desired service from either the Elaborate Services or Simple Services dropdown under service Actions.
You can also search for the service you are looking to conduct by typing in the name of the service. As you type in the name of the service, the list will narrow down to match the service you are searching for.
Once you have selected the service you would like to Conduct, click “Conduct”.
You will then be directed to the create service page of the service you selected.
All services contain a similar set of fields at the beginning of the service. These fields are called Service Header fields. Service Header fields record important information regarding the service, such as Service Provider, Start and End Dates and Times, Appointment Status, Service Location, and Contact Method.
Fill out any required fields, and any other information pertaining to the service you are conducting. Once you are done, click “Save and View [Service Name]”.
The service will now be conducted and appear in the Services Listview on the case profile page.
