This article will discuss the process of Requesting a Password Reset.
In instances where you have forgotten your password, there is a method in place for requesting a password reset. To request a password reset, click the “Forgot Your Password?” link on the main login page.
After clicking the “Forgot Your Password?” link, you will be prompted on the next page to enter your Username. Enter your Username, and click the Send Password Reset button.
You will then receive an email to the email address that is on file for your account. The email will contain an Activation Link.
Clicking the Activation Link will direct you to a page to reset your password. After creating your new password and clicking Continue, you will be logged into Collaborate.
