This article will discuss how to log into Collaborate, and what you can expect to see when accidentally entering an incorrect username and password combination.

In order to log into Collaborate, a User account must first be created for you. User Accounts are managed by your Site and/or Network Administrator. If a User account has not yet been created for you, please reach out to your Site and/or Network Administrator, and they can assist you.

Once you have your Username and have created your password, you can use them to log into Collaborate at any time.

To log into Collaborate enter your Username in the Username field, and your Password in the Password field, then click Login.

If you have entered the correct Username and Password combination, then you will be logged in and directed to the Home screen.

If you accidentally enter an incorrect Username and Password combination, then you will be presented with a message indicating that the Username and/or Password you entered is incorrect.

Also, the Help Widget will pop up that contains some Suggested articles that can help assist you with logging in to Collaborate. For more information regarding the Help Widget, please review the article titled Using the Help Widget.

If you fail to log into Collaborate too many times in a row, you will be locked out of your account. If this occurs, you need to reach out to your supervisor and/or Site Administrator and they can assist you with reactivating your account.

If you have forgotten your password, or are having difficulty logging in, it is recommended that you utilize the “Forgot your Password?” link. For more information on resetting your password, please review the article titled Requesting a Password Reset
