This article will discuss Referral Statuses.

TABLE OF CONTENTS

Referrals will appear in the various Referral Listviews on the homepage depending on their Referral Status.

Incomplete Status

Set the Next Status to “Incomplete” when the Referral needs more information before it can be considered as complete. Choosing this option will create the referral in an “Incomplete” status, allowing yourself or another individual to come back and add any additional information that may be needed to the referral.

The Incomplete Referrals Listview only appears on the Homepage if there is currently a Referral in “Incomplete” Status.

Submitted Status

A Referral should be marked as “Submitted” if the User has filled in all the Referral information, and wishes to notify the receiving program about the Referral. “Submitted” Referrals that have been sent to the Referral Queue will appear in the Referral Queue listview on the Homepage.

Under Review Status

Setting the Next Status to “Under Review '' indicates that the referral is awaiting some form of review or action, depending on your center’s process. A Referral should be marked as “Under Review” if the receiving program coordinator wants to acknowledge that the Referral has been seen - but that no final decision about the Referral has been made. “Under Review” Referrals appear in the Referral Queue listview on the Homepage.

Accepted Status

A Referral should be marked as “Accepted” if the Referral has been accepted by the relevant program. This is a final status for a Referral, so it will not appear on the Homepage.

Declined Status

A Referral should be marked as “Declined” if the Referral has been rejected by the relevant program. This is a final status for a Referral, so it will not appear on the Homepage.

Invalid Status

A Referral should be marked as “Invalid” if the Referral was created by mistake. This is a final status for a Referral, so it will no longer appear on the Homepage.
