This article will discuss how to review what your own Role Permissions are, and how to Edit the Role Permissions for existing Roles.
To review what your own role permissions are, navigate to your Contact Profile page, by hovering over your name in the upper right hand corner of the screen, and clicking My Profile.
Once you are on your Contact Profile page, under User Information, click on your Base Role
You will then be directed to a page where you can review your role’s permissions.
To Edit existing Role Permissions, you must have access to the Admin Panel. From the Admin Panel, click Permissions.
Next, click “View Permissions” next to the Role that you would like to Edit.
On the next page, use any of the Edit links in the left hand sidebar to Edit the various permissions within the Role.
To Edit the Name of the Role, or to Deactivate a Role, click on the “Edit Role Settings” link under Actions.
On the next screen you will be able to update the name of the role, or deactivate the role so that no new Users can be assigned to the Role. When you are finished, click Save and Edit Permissions.
