This article will discuss the various configuration options you will encounter when configuring Document Permissions for a Role.

Document Permissions grant Users access to not only Create, View, Edit, and Delete documents, but they also grant access to grant permissions to some document-related features of Collaborate, such as Document Templates, and the Document Queue.

Dynamic Document Types permissions allow you to grant Users in this role access to specific individual Document Types.

Setting this to Yes will have you set the permissions for individual specific Document Types on the following pages of permissions configuration.

When Dynamic Document Types permissions are set to No, then the Document access is granted to all Documents.

Document Template permissions grants Users in this role access to Document Template functionality.

Generated Document permissions grant Users in this role access to documents that have been generated via Document Templates.

Document Queue Item permissions grant Users in this Role access to the Documents Queue and documents that have been sent to the Queue.

Document Queue Setting permissions grant Users in this Role the ability to Edit settings related to the Document Queue.

Once you have configured the Document permissions, click Continue.
