This article will discuss the Contacts Tab.
To access the Contacts page, click the “Contacts” tab.
You will then be taken to the Contacts page, which contains the Contacts listview, Users listview, and the Actions section in the left hand sidebar.
The Contacts listview displays a list of all Contacts that have been entered into Collaborate. This list is composed of individuals at your organization, as well as individuals at partner organizations, such as hospital contacts, police department contacts, attorney generals, therapists, etc. To access a specific Contact’s profile page, simply click on the name of the Contact.
The Users listview displays a list of all Active Users at your Center.
The Actions available on this page are “Create New Contact” and, if there are any expired Activation Links related to accounts,, there will be a “Resend All Expired Activations” link. For more information regarding creating a new contact and sending Activation links, please watch the videos titled “Creating New Contacts” and “Resending Activation Links”, respectively.
