This video will discuss Case Logs. Case Logs are only accessible to Users in the Network Administrator Role. 


Case Logs can be accessed via the Case Profile page for which you want to view their logs. Once you are on the Case Profile page, open Case Actions, and click “View Logs”

You will then be directed to the Logs page

This page contains various tabs where you can review log information regarding the case.

Each Listview has a selection of filter parameters that can be utilized to find specific information that you may be looking for.
