This article will discuss the process of Managing Services.

To Manage a Service, first navigate to the service you would like to manage via the Application Catalog.

Once on the main catalog page for the service, you can manage the service by clicking on the Manage Service link under Service Actions.

You will then be directed to the Service Overview page.

One of the items that you can manage is the Category of the service.

The service can also be Activated and Deactivated on this screen. Deactivating a Service will remove the service from the list of Elaborate or Simple Services so that the service can no longer be Conducted. Any previously Conducted instances of the service will not be affected.

And finally, if the service only needs to be associated with a specific Site or Sites in the Network, then that can be set here as well. If the service should be accessible to the Entire Network, then leave the Site(s) field blank.

Once you are finished Managing the Service, click the Update Service button to save your changes.
