This video will discuss the functionality of setting Notification Template defaults.
During the Notification Template creation process, the “Default for Type” field can be used to set the particular Template you are creating as the default template per Module Type.
Setting this field to Yes and creating the Template will have two effects:
Any new templates that are created after setting the default, will be auto-filled with the default template’s information
When sending notifications, the template picker will default to the default template
If an existing template is already set to default, and a new template is created and set as the default, the template that was most recently set to default will become the default template.
Template Defaults can be changed at any time.
If no Templates are set to default, then the Collaborate system default message is what will be used when sending Notifications.
