The Document Queue is a streamlined way to digitize physical documents safely and securely in Collaborate.
The Document Queue allows Users to email or scan documents into Collaborate. These documents are placed into the “Document Queue”, where they can then be attached/linked to the appropriate case.
The Document Queue can be accessed by clicking on the “Documents” tab.
