Collaborate utilizes data tables called listviews to sort and display information. Listviews can be filtered by certain columns to manage the data displayed. Each listview is structured the same way: the subject tab (looks like a file tab) on the upper left, the dark grey bar containing icons for filters and listview actions on the upper right, and a light grey bar containing column headings in bold.

To manage the contents of a listview, there are several filters available. Please note, that these filters are "sticky," and will continue to be applied to a listview for the duration of your current browser session. Logging out of Collaborate or clicking the red X icon will revert the list back to its default settings. Applied filters will not display on different computers or browsers.
