This article provides the steps necessary to Reset Security Events so that users may log in and resume normal activities.

Resetting Security Events
To access the Reset Security Events page:
- Click the Admin tab
- Click Security Settings under the Site Administration heading
- Click Reset Security Events from the Sidebar
Once you have reached the Security Reset Form:
- Enter any combination of the following three values to reset security events for that user or event type
- IP Address - the IP address you wish to reset security events for
- Event - the type of security you wish to reset (multiple login attempts will be the most common)
- User - the user you wish to reset security events for
- Click Continue
