The Cases tab displays all cases that are in the system. This is the most commonly used page when you need to access a particular case.
Sidebar Actions
Create a new case from the left Sidebar menu by clicking "Create new xxx".
Listviews
Cases
A list of summary information for all cases entered into the system. The information displayed may include:
- Id # and name
- Intake Type and Intake Date
- Case status
You can apply filters to narrow down the Listview. You may access the details of any case by clicking the ID # or Name.
